whether in your home or for a corporate event - on table or
chair.
The owner of MATsage is a member of the American Massage Therapy
Association (AMTA). To be part of this organization we have
to maintain very high professional standards both in quality
of service and ethics.
It is our goal to offer services of the highest standard and
also to educate the public to the benefits of massage and the
related fields to the best of our knowledge. We are always striving
to gain more knowledge so that our clients can benefit in the
long term.

The definition of Massage Therapy
Massage Therapy is a profession in which the practitioner applies
manual techniques and may apply adjunctive therapies, with the
intention of positively affecting the health and well being
of a client.
Massage
Is manual soft tissue manipulation, and includes holding, causing
movement, and/or applying pressure to the body.
Therapy
Is a series of actions aimed at achieving or increasing health
and wellness.
Manual Means the use of hand or body. |
